A filling machine that is ideal for potting nursery garden plants with very large clods, with bare roots, for phytocells and for large containers.
Designed and built for processing of fibrous products (coconut coir, etc.). Two people can work on the machine at the same time with separate pedal controls or, on request, it is possible to instal blade cycle microns placed directly on the worktop.
The vase is filled by a cup chain and vibrated at the same time to spread the sub-stratum around the plant clod until it is perfectly compact.
It also has a timer installed to continue vibrating after the vase has been filled.
The original hopper capacity is 2,5 m3 and can be increased by adding the side flips to give a capacity of around 3,7 m3.
